Pro Rated Membership Fees:
Our membership is Pro Rated quarterly so that you can join any time during the year. All memberships end on December 31st of each year. AGCP memberships do not run from the date you joined until that date next year. The reason for this is that it requires a lot of bookkeeping and that is an expensive function. By running our memberships as we do we save this expense and this keeps your membership fees lower and allows us to use your money to provide more clubfitting and clubmaking benefits to you by not using it up for administrative purposes. By having all dues come due on December 31 of each year it is a simple matter to determine who has paid and who has not. We remove any who have not paid and change all user names and passwords to protect the membership.

Sales Related Membership Fees:
Our membership consists of both part time and full time dedicated fitters and builders. We have home based shops and Retail store front shops. Some members benefit more from their membership and some benefit less. Some can afford to pay more for getting more, some can’t. For 2009 we are introducing a structured membership fee plan based on annual sales. We structured our membership this way because we plan on starting a small National ad campaign in 2009 and we believe the larger shops and the store front shop who advertise now will receive more benefit from our advertising than the part time clubmakers. This is on the honor system and no checks will be made. The difference is minor but will help offset the advertising budget for the AGCP.

Monthly Payments for Membership Fees:
The AGCP also has a provision for paying your fees on a monthly basis throughout the year. You will be charged an initial payment of $75 to cover the administrative fees associated with setting up your account, and the balance will be charged $30 each succeeding month for 11 additional months for shop sales under $100,000 per year and $40 per month for shop sales over $100,000 per year. Once you select this option you are obligating yourself for the total amount collected in 12 installments. You will notice the full payment options are a better bargain as they are highly discounted because they do not have the administrative cost for the personnel required to process your monthly payments.

Brief Description		Monthly Payments for AGCP Membership Terms and conditions: Although you are paying monthly you are purchasing a yearly membership and will be charged for the full year. As a monthly payment member You will be charged an initial payment of $75 for administrative fees associated with setting up your account, and the balance will be charged at $30 per month for each succeeding month for 11* additional months for shop sales under $100,000 per year and $40 per month for each succeeding month for shop sales over $100,000 per year. Once you select this option you are obligating yourself for the total amount collected in 12 installments even if you decide to stop participating in the AGCP. The full payment plans are better bargains, as they are discounted for advanced payment, compared to the 12 payment plan. Please note that your price will appear in the shipping cart as $390.00 plus $15 shipping which totals $405.00. You total charge will be $405.00 which your payments equal. *If you join the AGCP in any month after January $5 per month will be added to the administration fee for each month after January that you join. Also your monthly payments will be increased an additional $5 per month for the remaining months of the year. There is a $15 shipping and handling fee charged to all orders.

This is a limitation of the software being used to build the web site shopping cart and to save money on having to pay an Web Site Developer to design and produce the AGCP web sites and shopping carts.

Using this software to do our sites keeps the membership fees lower than they would otherwise be if we did not save the expense of a web developer.

The $15 is a part of the price on all items.

If you call in your order, or send a check, or send a PayPal payment directly to us, the $15 must be added to you payment for the payment to be processed.
