Can someone explain the difference between MOI matching and Swing Weight matching clubs.

In a nut shell, with MOI, the swingweights change progressively with the longer irons (3,4) having a lower swingweight and the shorter irons having a higher swingweight.  Depending on how the clubs are built, the length and the difference in the increment of head weights would be different than the old standard of 1/2 inch and 7 grams.  This is supposed to result in each club in the set built to the same MOI feeling and swinging exactly the same. 

I may have oversimplified this but it should give you the general idea.

Swingweight is an alpha numerical expression of balance point of the golf club. MOI is a numerical expression of the total amount of force used to move the club. So with SW, you are matching the balance point, with MOI you are matching them so each club requires the same effort to swing.
