Fitting with Kinetic Sequence based on how changes to the club can change how we swing. – Roy Nix

Day & Time TBD

Using video and some live participants a walk through the golf swing looking at the kinetic sequence and how to improve the golf swing by changing the club. What does weight do? What does length do? What does head design do? What does shaft profile do?

How to custom fit clubs to improve and change the swing for the better to allow the customer to hit the ball to the best of his or her ability by putting the right tools in their hands.

A basic class in club head grinding – Jerry Lovel

Day and time TBD

Jerry will walk you through a grinding course and show you how to modify heads and improve your income by offering custom grinding.

All about custom putters and fitting custom putters – Bob Uebelhor

Day and Time TBD

Bob will show how the balance of a putter can affect the face angle at impact and how to fit and build a custom putter with the best face angle balance for your customers.

Club Optimization & Profiling shafts – Dan Burnfield

Day and Time TBD

Taking Club Optimization to The Next Level – In the last round table we learned how to use Optivibe weights to optimize a driver. In this class we will learn how to optimize a set of irons so that we not only match the MOI of the clubs but also the swingweight. This produces a set of irons that produces superior feel as well as swing characteristics. We will talk just a tad about physics but will not use any math above and beyond basic high school math.

Profiling Shafts – In this class we will learn how and why I profile shafts using 4 different methods. (The Auditor Shaft Profiler, Golfsmith Reference Frequency Analyzer, The Russ Ryden Machine, and my digital deflection board). The latter version is very experimental at this point. This will build on part on John Schiavone’s past presentations on frequency vs EI so if you have the time and inclination brush up on that presentation. I will try and talk about why I prefer my method of using Russ Ryden’s machine and the concept of a spring constant vs EI.
