From here you can Join the AGCP, Register for the Roundtable, or purchase any products sold by the AGCP.

Please be aware that all items in this shopping cart and other AGCP shopping carts help to raise money to pay for the operating costs of the AGCP and to help keep member dues as low as possible, or are available to get members the best possible price on the merchandise being sold.

Member Renewal fees for 2009 were only $244 total and to pay all of the expenses needed to operate the AGCP as it should be operated the dues would have had to be closer to $2500 each. Some items in this cart are provided to allow members to purchase at group discounts and no profit is made on them, and some shopping carts are provided for the same reason so that you can purchase directly from the vendor under the AGCP account to get you the lowest prices possible.

Right now Roy & Linda Nix are providing the space and labor to operate the AGCP on a daily basis and without their contributions from the Nix Family businesses and the labor from the Nix Family that is paid for out of the Nix Family businesses, the AGCP would not be possible, nor would the Roundtable. The Nix Family is making up for the portion of the 90% of the cost of operating the AGCP your dues, sponsor fees and other items are not paying for, which is about 80% or more.

Credit Card Purchases:
Our store does not automatically charge your credit card when you make your purchase. Your credit card information is stored on a secure server where we retrieve it in the AGCP office. We manually charge your card on a keypad similar to the one you might use or that you see in most stores where you shop.

If you are not sure about your purchase, feel free to complete the transaction on line and write and add a note in the comments box to hold your order for confirmation. Then e-mail roy@agcpgolf.com with any questions you have. Your questions will be answered prior to any charges being made to your credit card and you will be required to confirm your purchase and the charges prior to your card being charged.

If you request we will keep a hard copy of your information on file for future orders. Your information does not remain permanently on our servers or on any computer that can be accessed by the internet.

PayPal Purchases:
If you wish to use your PayPal account to make your purchase, it is immediately transferred to our account like any other PayPal transaction. You may use the shopping cart feature for PayPal, or you may e-mail a payment directly to roy@agcpgolf.com with the details of your order. Please note, that if yo bypass the shopping cart and send a direct payment and you fail to include shipping and handling charges that occur in the cart our order will not be processed until the full amount due is received which may require an additional PayPal payment and additional PayPal charges which will also have to be paid.

IMPORTANT

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a $15 shipping and handling fee charged to all orders.

This is a limitation of the software being used to build the web site shopping cart and to save money on having to pay an Web Site Developer to design and produce the AGCP web sites and shopping carts.

Using this software to do our sites keeps the membership fees lower than they would otherwise be if we did not save the expense of a web developer.

The $15 is a part of the price on all items not labeled otherwise.

If you call in your order, or send a check, or send a PayPal payment directly to us, the $15 must be added to you payment for the payment to be processed.
